Marketing Analytics Lead - Up to £77,000 - London / Remote (UK)

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Lead to join a high-growth, consumer-facing company and drive the strategy behind marketing measurement, attribution, and investment optimisation.

You'll lead a small team of analysts and partner closely with the CMO to build out a best-in-class analytics function. From developing attribution models and incrementality testing to owning reporting and marketing data infrastructure, you'll be at the heart of driving smarter, data-led decisions across the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the evolution of marketing effectiveness and attribution strategy

  • Manage and enhance reporting frameworks and dashboards

  • Own marketing analytics tools, systems, and data schema design

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Marketing, Product and Finance

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Marketing Analytics team

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in marketing or analytics roles, ideally with exposure to digital channels (PPC, Social, CRM, SEO, etc.)

  • Strong SQL and data modelling skills; experience with data warehouses

  • Proven background in attribution, econometrics, media mix modelling, and incrementality testing

  • Familiarity with tools like Segment, Braze, Google Ads, Meta, and BI tools

  • Confident communicator who can turn complexity into clarity

Location: Remote (UK-based) or LondonSalary: Up to £77,000 DOE + bonus + equity options
