Are you passionate about marketing and looking to make a difference? We are charitable organisation working with B2B clients, and we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our fully remote team!
What You'll Do: As our Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand and maximising fundraising efforts.
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Assist in the creation and management of our marketing and communications strategy in line with our charity objectives.
- Public Relations: Manage PR communications and relationships with key media partners.
- Content Management: Oversee the production of a virtual magazine and keeping the website updated.
- Campaign Creation: Build and deliver engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Design and oversee our social media strategy, including community management to protect our brand reputation.
- Internal Communications: Produce communication tools for various internal and external channels.
- Reporting: Create monthly reports showcasing future activities and ROI on marketing efforts.
- Event Support: Assist in researching industry events and help organise our fundraising activities.
- Visiting trade show/events across the UK to promote the company
What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- Creativity: A track record of successful marketing campaigns that showcase your innovative ideas.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- organisational Skills: Strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Confident networking skills, paired with strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- A driver's license/car would be desirable due to the location of some networking events
