An award-winning Law Firm in the legal 500 is seeking a Marketing Assistant, paying up to 27,800 plus benefits, to support their ambitious Marketing and BD Team.

This is a really great opportunity for a junior candidate with 6 months experience (through internships and work experience) who is looking to kick-start their career within an established marketing team. The team are looking for someone who wants to learn and develop their skill set through teamwork and mentorship. You will be involved in the full marketing mix from the get-go with lots of support and guidance.

Please note the role will be 5 days in the office initially while you are training and embedded into the team, from there it will be 3 days in the office based in the city. The rest will be working from home.

Duties will include the following:

  • Supporting and assisting with the effective day-to-day running of the team by
  • performing a range of administrative tasks and reporting
  • Assisting with the preparation of name badges and branded items for events and
  • conferences, as well as data gathering for reporting
  • Assist with the efficient delivery of online events: webinars and conferences
  • Help to manage website content
  • Create and updating marketing collateral
  • Updating marketing and BD collateral for the intranet
  • Monitor and replenish stock of promotional items
  • Help to gather content for internal newsletters
  • Schedule social media campaigns and posts
  • Supporting the delivery of thought leaderships campaigns in conjunction with Business Development
  • Assist the team in co-ordinating UK directory, awards and league table submission processes
  • Conducting client, competitor, and market research

You will have an eye for detail, some marketing experience as well as a real can-do attitude. the team are just looking for someone who wants to learn and grow within the field. This is an excellent opportunity!
