A well-established growing consultancy firm requires a Marketing Executive to come join their based near Moorgate. The role focuses on B2B digital advertising across global markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising PPC and paid social campaigns to generate high-quality leads. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth through strategic digital marketing.

The role:

PPC & Social Media Advertising

  • Manage B2B PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimise for ROI, conversions, and lower CPC.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing & ad copy optimisation.
  • Align creatives and messaging with campaign goals.

Conversion & Performance Tracking

  • Set up tracking via GA4, Tag Manager & Meta Business Suite.
  • Analyse data, optimise performance & manage budgets.

HubSpot & Automation

  • Run HubSpot campaigns, automate workflows & improve targeting.
  • Enhance lead nurturing & conversion tracking.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Align with teams, provide reports & stay updated on trends

The ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years' experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social).
  • Expertise in Search & Shopping campaigns and B2B PPC (essential).
  • Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, and PPC reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience with HubSpot campaigns, lead tracking, and automation.
  • Skilled in ad copy writing, landing page strategy, and budget management.
  • Data-driven approach to campaign strategy and optimisation.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and marketing planning skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
