The Role

We’re looking for a capable Marketing Executive to join Tracware on a 6-month contract. You’ll help shape our brand, launch new products, and keep our growing client base informed and engaged.

You’ll report to the Managing Director and work closely with our Head of Sales and leadership team.

This role involves managing marketing activity across digital and traditional channels, ensuring our messaging is consistent and effective. It’s a hands-on position, ideal for someone who is both strategic and practical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver product launch and update campaigns
  • Create clear, engaging content for LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Manage our newsletter and client communications
  • Keep our website up to date with product news and case studies
  • Develop short-form marketing videos with input from the leadership team
  • Build and maintain our brand presence across all channels
  • Identify new ways to increase reach and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with remote and in-office colleagues

The Person

  • Experienced in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, aviation, or tech
  • Skilled in campaign planning, content creation, and brand building
  • Confident using tools like Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Suite
  • Has basic knowledge of SEO, social strategy, and analytics
  • Creative, organised, and commercially aware
  • Strong communicator, both in writing and face-to-face
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
