We're looking for a Partnerships Manager, who is adept in building long-term strategic relationships in the construction sector. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by shaping partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and measurable outcomes.

As a Partnerships Manager you'll be doing:
- Developing and managing a pipeline of strategic partnerships, with a focus on construction and related industries.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-makers and aligning partnerships with wider commercial goals.
- Leading on account management, ensuring high-quality engagement and long-term partner satisfaction.
- Supporting industry events, forums, and conferences to maximise relationship-building and partnership visibility.
- Working collaboratively across internal teams to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure partners gain real value.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within construction or related partnerships.
- A strong track record of developing commercial pipelines and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
- High level of commercial awareness and the ability to spot cross-sector opportunities.
