Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Generate new business and secure property instructions
- Market properties effectively to attract buyers
- Oversee property contracts and up-sell additional services
- Create high-quality brochures with professional photography and descriptions
- Conduct local canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
- Ensure properties meet health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)
- Estate agency experience with ambition to progress
- Strong team player with leadership potential
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- IT-savvy with basic Microsoft Office skills
