Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of retail marketing campaigns across the UK network.
- Manage tactical initiatives and quarterly programmes, including media and creative toolkits for retailers.
- Build strong relationships with retailer marketing contacts and support local campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product-led and brand-aligned campaigns.
- Oversee the digital product brochure programme, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Champion brand consistency across all retail marketing touchpoints.
- Support the development and enforcement of brand guidelines.
- Own projects from agency briefing through to post-launch analysis and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in automotive sales or retail marketing.
- Experience working with agencies or external partners.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high standards.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
