This British-born clothing brand, known for its vibrant, stylish, and high-quality designs for the whole family, is looking for a Senior Customer Analyst to join its team. With a strong focus on creativity, customer loyalty, and sustainability, the company blends classic style with a modern twist, delivering exceptional products through a successful direct-to-consumer model across online and catalogue channels.
THE ROLE
This client wants a highly commercial, customer-focused analyst to join our team. This role blends deep technical expertise in commercial finance with sharp analytical thinking to drive customer growth and business performance.
You'll analyse trading performance, customer behaviour, repeat and retention rates, and identify what's driving value across the full customer lifecycle. Your insights will shape planning, reporting, and strategic goal; especially in guiding marketing teams with achievable, data-led targets. If you're passionate about turning customer data into growth-driving action, this role is for you!
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Strong SQL required (Python is a bonus but not required!)
- Experience with core customer metrics - retention, segmentation, LTV, AB testing, acquisition
- Retail, Ecommerce or experience in a company with physical products preferred - you should have experience with seasonal cycles
