A leading UK retail brand is seeking a Senior Customer Analyst to join their high-impact Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded analyst to drive customer insights and growth for a fast-moving, customer-first business.
The RoleAs the most senior individual contributor in the analytics function, you'll work across marketing, trade, and digital teams to deliver actionable insights and optimise performance across the full customer lifecycle. From acquisition and retention to forecasting and campaign planning, your work will directly shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead analysis on customer retention, segmentation, repeat rates, and lifetime value

Identify trends in customer behaviour and commercial performance

Collaborate with finance and marketing to inform planning, targeting, and strategic goal setting

Build and maintain core reporting on customer profiles and marketing effectiveness

Support key seasonal and campaign cycles with data-driven insights and forecasts

Strong SQL skills (Python a plus)

Experience with core customer metrics (LTV, retention, segmentation, etc.)

Background in retail, eCommerce, or physical product analytics preferred

Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, strategic recommendations

Understanding of seasonal trading cycles is a bonus
