Social Media Manager - Central London (100% Office-Based)
Up to 50,000 (Fixed) - No Flex on Salary or Hybrid Working
A leading luxury hospitality group, behind some of London's most prestigious and influential dining destinations, is seeking a highly creative and organised Social Media Manager to elevate the digital presence of their portfolio of premium restaurants. This is a rare opportunity to craft standout social content for brands that set the standard in London's luxury dining scene.
You will own and execute the social media strategy across multiple restaurant brands, driving engagement, growth, and brand awareness through world-class content. Working closely with Marketing, PR, Chefs, GMs and Operations, you'll bring each venue's personality, energy, and elegance to life across Instagram and other social platforms.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. You'll attend menu tastings, launches, events and behind-the-scenes activations to capture high-quality content - from reels and short-form video to photography and live stories - that feels authentic, premium, and highly shareable. You'll also oversee the creation of campaign assets and ensure brand consistency across all channels, reflecting the luxury and vibrancy of each restaurant.
You will manage the social content calendar, handle community engagement, and ensure each restaurant's voice is polished and consistent. You'll take the lead on shoots, collaborating with creative teams, chefs, FOH teams and talent, and will oversee end-to-end content production from concept to delivery.
Data and insight will guide your work. You'll track performance metrics, monitor competitors, analyse trends, and provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. Your creativity will be grounded in performance, ensuring every post, reel and campaign delivers tangible impact.
You will excel in this role if you have:
Proven social media management experience within luxury or premium brands (hospitality, fashion, lifestyle or similar)
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video, photography and storytelling
Confident iPhone shooting skills, excellent on-device editing, and experience with professional editing software
Deep understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms and best practices
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple brands
Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple live projects
Confidence working with chefs, senior stakeholders, and high-profile individuals
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events, activations, and shoots
This role is fully office-based in Central London, and the salary is fixed at up to 50,000.
If you want to shape the social media presence of London's most exciting luxury restaurants, lead creative campaigns, and make a tangible impact on premium brands, this is your opportunity to join a world-class hospitality group and bring their story to life.
