As a Senior Substance Misuse Nurse, you will:
  • Ensure integrated pathways for service users needing addiction treatment.
  • Implement and maintain immunisation schemes for blood borne viruses.
  • Foster a learning environment through CPD and team development.
  • Deliver high-standard clinical services in line with national guidance.
  • Manage new clinical developments and nursing staff effectively.
  • Collaborate with Lead Doctors to plan individual treatment programmes.
  • Represent services in clinical advisory groups and partnership meetings.

  • Ability to manage change and work in a facilitative style.
