Your new roleAs a Fabric Technician, you will oversee the commercial delivery of projects-managing budgets, reviewing tenders, and ensuring cost-effective execution in line with contract terms. You'll liaise with clients, handle procurement, track variations, and support reporting. Additionally, you'll guide junior team members and contribute to their development while maintaining strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll need to succeedWe're seeking a candidate with an HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying and 5-10 years of relevant experience. You should have solid knowledge of NEC contracts, be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and possess strong numerical, communication, and customer service skills. The role requires flexibility to travel between sites.
