Our client is seeking a motivated Materials Handler to enhance their team at the Bow Operations Depot. With a focus on efficiency and safety, you will be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and inspect stock deliveries
  • Accurately pick and issue stock for various internal and external clients
  • Maintain meticulous documentation related to goods receipt and despatch
  • Conduct regular stock audits and ensure a tidy warehouse environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and resolve stock-related issues

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • 4 GCSEs or National 5s including Mathematics and English (Grades A-C or 4-9)
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Transferable Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Licence (RTITB Approved Provider)
  • Proficient in IT, including smart devices and email communication
  • Strong understanding of goods receiving and despatch processes

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems
  • Experience in manual handling techniques
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Technologies:

  • Forklift operation
  • Inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
