To give you an idea of how this Senior Nurse role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the MDT on shift
  • Utilise complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care
  • Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing
  • Assist with performance management of junior staff, following the organisations policies and procedures
