Associate Electrical Engineer - Building Services (London)

You'll be joining at a time where the London team is expanding, and there is a clear route to Directorship for someone who wants to combine technical leadership with client development and team growth. The Role
You'll take responsibility for electrical design delivery across multiple schemes, working closely with colleagues and clients to drive successful outcomes.
You will:
路Lead electrical design from concept through to delivery, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and best practice
路Coordinate with mechanical, structural and architectural teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
路Mentor and support engineers, carrying out technical reviews and helping develop capability within the team
路Attend site for surveys, technical reviews and progress checks where required
路Produce specifications, calculations and reports, communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders
路Support bids, fee proposals and resourcing, contributing to sustainable team growth
路Embed energy-efficient, low-carbon thinking into designs and project decisions

What You'll Bring
路Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
路Strong consultancy experience in building services design
路Solid understanding of UK regulations and relevant standards
路Confidence managing multiple projects and engaging professionally with clients
路A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in supporting junior engineers
路CEng, or actively working towards it
