What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems across multiple data centre sites.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring adherence to timelines, standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise building systems including HVAC, power, and environmental controls.
- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of critical infrastructure.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for energy efficiency and system reliability.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a BMS Lead or Senior Engineer in data centre environments.
- Strong knowledge of BMS platforms, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, electrical, mechanical, or building services.
