BMS Service Engineer - Contract
Rate: Up to 380 per day (outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially
Location: London (travel within Greater London required)
We're partnering with a highly reputable organisation seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer for a contract role across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial sites and broaden your BMS expertise.
The Role:
Provide service, maintenance, fault-finding, and commissioning of BMS systems.
Work across multiple sites, supporting a range of modern, high-spec buildings.
Field-based role requiring travel within Greater London.
Opportunity to be trained on additional BMS systems, so a willingness and ability to learn new platforms is essential.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience with BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar).
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.
Experience in commercial or industrial environments.
Valid UK driver's license.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems.
