Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for Building Services Engineer in London. This is focusing on a high end commercial contract so we are looking for someone happy to be client facing.
About the role of the Building Services Engineer:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance this is both within the mechanical and electrical space
- Reactive breakdowns
- Alarms/Lights
- Replacing and fault finding
- Ballasts/Sockets/Water heaters
Experience need for the role of the Building Services Engineer:
- Any City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications - Mechanical or Electrical
What we offer the Building Services Engineer:
- Up to 44K dependent on experience
- Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
- Bonus up to 2% two times a year
- Pension

- 25 day AL + Bank Holidays
- Sociable hours - 8am to 5pm
