  • Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
  • 32,00 - 34,000 + company benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Tiling
  • Carpentry - Door hanging, fire door ppm
  • Assembling furniture
  • Plumbing
  • Drainage & flushing
  • Fire alarm/door testing
  • Grouting & Plastering
  • Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a building services fabric engineer
  • Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ carpentry
