- 38,000 + overtime
- Large, static site in West London
Responsibilities:
- Tiling
- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Emergency lighting
- Painting
- Assembling furniture
- Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in any discipline
