Foot Mobile Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrically qualified Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider. You’ll be covering multiple commercial sites across London’s Zones 1 and 2, providing planned and reactive maintenance as part of a close-knit, mobile engineering team.This is a fantastic chance to work on prestigious properties in the heart of London while enjoying strong support, training opportunities, and a clear path for career progression.Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
• Support with basic mechanical systems (pumps, belts, bearings, AHUs/FCUs etc.)
• Maintain up-to-date logbooks and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure high standards of service delivery
• Support with site audits, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems

Requirements:

• Recognised Electrical Qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a commercial building services environment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Confident working independently and managing your own workload
• Multi-skilled (basic mechanical knowledge beneficial)
• Personable, professional, and reliable

Salary & Benefits:

• £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card Provided
