An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrically qualified Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider. You’ll be covering multiple commercial sites across London’s Zones 1 and 2, providing planned and reactive maintenance as part of a close-knit, mobile engineering team.This is a fantastic chance to work on prestigious properties in the heart of London while enjoying strong support, training opportunities, and a clear path for career progression.Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
- Support with basic mechanical systems (pumps, belts, bearings, AHUs/FCUs etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date logbooks and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure high standards of service delivery
- Support with site audits, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems
Requirements:
- Recognised Electrical Qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a commercial building services environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Multi-skilled (basic mechanical knowledge beneficial)
- Personable, professional, and reliable
Salary & Benefits:
- £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card Provided
