Geotechnical Design Engineer - London
An established engineering consultancy is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with around 5 years' experience to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in slope stability, interpretative reporting, and numerical modelling using PLAXIS, who is ready to take on responsibility for delivering high-quality geotechnical advice.

Role and responsibilities:
- Conduct slope stability assessments and earthworks analysis
- Analyse ground investigation data and prepare interpretative reports
- Develop geotechnical design recommendations and provide technical input to projects
- Use PLAXIS for numerical modelling and design verification
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
Essential criteria:
- Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in geotechnical engineering
- Proven experience in slope stability assessments
- Strong interpretative report writing skills
- Proficient in PLAXIS or similar geotechnical software
- Full UK driving licence
