We are looking for aHVAC Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

TheHVAC Engineer,will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and repair alloperational equipment within high street retail stores.
  • Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
  • Assisting contractors and sub-contractors
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
  • Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:

  • Qualified at a City & Guilds level
  • Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
  • A good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
  • Full UK driving license.
