We are looking for aHVAC Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
TheHVAC Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Maintain and repair alloperational equipment within high street retail stores.
- Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
- Assisting contractors and sub-contractors
- Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
- Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:
- Qualified at a City & Guilds level
- Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- A good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
- Full UK driving license.
