This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in either plumbing or electrical work who is eager to develop their career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.You will receive full training and support to become proficient in the installation and maintenance of heat pump systems across residential and commercial properties.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and commissioning of air source and/or ground source heat pump systems
Support senior engineers on-site with plumbing and electrical tasks
Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of heat pump systems
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience in either plumbing or electrical work (domestic or commercial)
A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable heating systems
Willingness to learn and undertake training in heat pump technology
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence preferred
Based in or willing to travel to London and the Home Counties
