Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning, design, and delivery of mechanical systems across a diverse range of projects
- Manage client relationships and represent the business in meetings, ensuring technical excellence and professional service
- Provide leadership and mentoring to engineers, fostering professional growth within the team
- Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring successful project delivery
- Drive technical innovation and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering with strong leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of design across all RIBA stages
- A degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and calculation skills
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in leading client and stakeholder meetings
- Full UK driving licence essential
