Here at Blueprint Recruitment we have a new opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer seeking a new challenge. The role on offer is a permanent, hybrid basis position, consisting of three days a week in the clients office in London.

This role offers the exciting opportunities to work on commercial, residential and hotel projects.

Our client is a leading multi-discipline property and construction consultancy, focusing on sustainable design.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design mechanical systems for buildings (HVAC, water, ventilation).

-Create detailed designs and drawings using software like AutoCAD and Revit.

-Work closely with other teams to make sure designs are integrated across projects.

-Visit sites and meet with clients to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.

-Ensure designs meet all relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Key Requirements:

-Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.

-Experience in mechanical design, ideally within the built environment.

-Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.

-Familiar with UK building regulations and industry standards.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
