Key Responsibilities:

Performreactive and pre-planned maintenanceon-site (Hospital).
Deliver amaintenance servicecovering mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, pipework, plant rooms and AHUs.
Workwithsub-contractorsandexternal suppliers.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Level 2/3in relevant engineering maintenance (Mechanical).
Prior experience in a healthcareenvironment is beneficial but not essential.
Competence inreport writingand handlingpaperwork.
