We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join an established FM company working on a static contract in Westminster . This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for some christmas work.

Mechanical Engineer 
Pay: £24-26ph CIS 
Location: Westminster (Static) 
Contract: Temporary over the christmas period 
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities of a Mechanical Engineer:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical building services

  • Reactive maintenance and repair works

  • Fault finding and diagnostic work across a range of mechanical systems

  • General mechanical duties within a commercial environment

  • Involvement  with AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, pipework, plant room equipment, and similar mechanical FM assets 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven mechanical engineering experience within commercial FM

  • Knowledge of HVAC-related mechanical systems (AHUs/FCUs experience beneficial but not essential)

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability

  • Good communication and reliability

  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
