We've got an excellent role for a Mechanical Engineer to join our client's maintenance team based in West London, you'll be joining a long standing, progressive building service provider. Working on a high end property as part of a larger maintenance team, you'll receive a generous package which includes having your travel covered. For this Mechanical Engineer role, you will ensure all planned preventive and reactive maintenance is carried out on the mechanical systems on site, ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to, report into the Site Supervisor and ensure the client on site is satisfied with the service provided.To be successful in this Mechanical Engineer role, you must be qualified in a Mechanical related subject, (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial building services, live in commutable distance to Fulham and a client facing attitude.Mechanical Engineer Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs, FCUs
- Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
- Sprinkler Systems
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Tap Temperatures
- TMVs
- Valves
- Chilled Water Systems
- Plumbing
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- BMS Operation
- Statutory Compliance
Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
- Qualified in a Mechanical related subject, (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in commercial building services
- Very client facing
- Apprentice trained - Desirable
Salary and Package:
- £45,000 per annum
- Travel covered to and from site
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
