The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical systems for retail projects. You will manage all aspects of mechanical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) for retail projects.

Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project progress.

3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, with a focus on retail or commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in retail environments.

Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with clients and project teams.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., CDM, Building Regulations).
