Main Duties:
- Scheduled maintenance and repair of building services assets.
- Respond to breakdowns and reactive calls.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs or advise on actions.
- Monitor plant, equipment, and systems to ensure service continuity.
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments and escalate concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations for hazardous materials.
- Review maintenance procedures and complete engineers logs.
- Available for overtime or shift work.
- Regular contact with Service Desk, Supervisors, Contract Managers, and Customer contacts.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Report near misses, accidents, and incidents.
- C&G Level 3 or equivalent in relevant subject (Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).
- ONC/HNC building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering.
- NVQ Level 3.

Pay: 40,000.00-43,000.00 per year
