Someone who can lead projects and inspire technically, commercially, and culturally.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading mechanical design across a variety of commercial office fit-outs, schools, theaters, residential buildings, hotels, and major decarbonization schemes.
Managing major projects from early stage through to delivery on site (RIBA Stages 2-6).
Supporting and mentoring engineers from Graduate to Senior level.
Collaborating closely with their Electrical, PH, and Sustainability teams to deliver considered, coordinated design solutions.
Driving innovation, everything from developing new tools to workflow improvements, with full IP ownership and support.
Using Revit, H2X, and Bluebeam to develop and review technical content.

An experienced Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer, ideally with experience in consultancy.
