CAP Resourcing is working with an international Architectural practice who are looking or an experienced Senior?Architect?to?join?their?London?office.?

The?ideal?candidate?will?have?excellent?design?and?software?skills?as?well?as?previous?experience?working?on?transportation?projects,?specifically?airports.?You’ll?take?the?lead?on?design?initiatives,?driving?the?successful?deliver?of?high profile?aviation?infrastructure?projects.?This?is?a?fantastic?opportunity?for?a?seasoned?architect?with?a?passion?for?transport? infrastructure?to?make?a?meaningful?impact?on?major?airport?developments?across?the?UK?and?internationally.

What?we’re?looking?for:

• Demonstrated?experience?in?architectural?design,?with?a?strong?focus?on?transport?infrastructure?and?major?airport? projects,?both?in?the?UK?and?internationally.

• Chartered?Architect?accreditation?(RIBA,?ARB,?or?an?equivalent?professional?body).

• A?proven?ability?to?lead?and?deliver?large scale airport terminal developments, including airside and landslide infrastructure.

• In depth?knowledge?of?aviation?regulations,?airport?master?planning,?and?operational?frameworks.

• Proficiency?in?key?architectural?design?tools?such?as?Revit,?AutoCAD,?Rhino,?or?similar?software.

• Excellent?leadership?capabilities,?with?strong?communication?and?stakeholder?engagement?skills.

• Experience?working?on?international?projects?and?an?understanding?of?global?airport?design?standards.

• Solid?working?knowledge?of?Revit?and?Adobe?Creative?Suite,?particularly?InDesign,?Photoshop,?and?SketchUp.

• Ability?to?thrive?in?a?dynamic,?fast-paced?environment?while?balancing?multiple?project?priorities.

• A?team-oriented?mindset,?with?a?collaborative?and?supportive?approach?to?work.

• A?genuine?interest?in?sustainable?design?and?net-zero?strategies?for?future-ready?airports.
