Static Air Conditioning Engineer - Lewisham - Up to 47,000 + Package
A leading hard services contractor specialising in Air Conditioning service and maintenance across commercial buildings and multi-residential sites has a key requirement for an up-and-coming Air Conditioning Engineer.
You will be predominantly based on a static site in South-East London (Lewisham), but the role may be fluid, with the occasional requirement to support the client's mobile team when needed. A van will be provided. Parking costs are all covered in advance.
The engineer will be carrying out PPM's and reactive breakdowns on DX Systems, VRV, VRF, and chillers.
As a Static Air Conditioning Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and breakdowns on DX Systems including splits, VRV, and VRF units
- Working mainly on a static site in Lewisham
- Occasionally supporting the mobile engineering team as needed
To be successful as the Air Conditioning Engineer, you will have:
- F-Gas Category 1 certification
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- (Desirable) Electrical qualification
- Be based within a commutable distance of South-East London
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
Package:
- Salary up to 47,000 depending on experience
