As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing all daily tasks within your remit and managing a team of engineers as well as the business infrastructure in a highly secure building in London. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider on a very reputable estate in The City of London.
- 4 on 4 off days only (7am til 7pm)
- 60k to 65k (DOE)
- London - Zone 1 static site
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical systems on site, ensuring works are carried out to standard and within SLA
- Managing the BMS, systems HV SCADA, Schneider, Lighting system
- Overseeing the permittance of subcontractors and being the authorised person to sign off works
- Approving RAMS and issuing Sanctions to Isolate HV power.
- Reviewing all PPM documents and schedules and quality control on the documents
- Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager, conducting work in a safe and suitable manner.
We are looking for someone with:
- C&G/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- C&G 2391 (desirable)
- Experience in maintenance
- HV Authorised is desirable
- CDM experience is desirable
