Handyperson/fabric Tech West London
My client is currently recruiting for a handyperson/fabric tech for a commercial building in West London. You will have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on carpentry, lock, door closures, changing handles flooring general plumbing with toilet furniture, painting and decorating,, small wet trade jobs, helping others engineers and colleagues.
Hours are 40 hours a week based on one week 7-4 one week 10-7
Salary 38K with overtime company benefits and much more.
