Location: Edmonton, North Middlesex University Hospital N181QX
Hours: 40 hours a week. There is on call, On-Call Requirement: 1 Week per Month, so candidates will ideally have a driving licence
Rate: Your requested salary will be considered

Key Information, Require the following:
  • We require candidates that are more Mechanical biased and they must be level 3 qualified. We need people from building maintenance/ideally hospital background.
Working on:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks, including both Authorised Person (AP) and Competent Person (CP) duties, ensuring that all mechanical systems within the healthcare environment are operating safely and efficiently.
  • This includes conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), repairs, and clearing blockages across the site.

Additional qualifications:
  • Relevant mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
  • Experience with fault diagnosis, testing, and maintenance of building services and plant equipment.
  • Valid driving license (if required for site access).
