We are currently partnering with a registered housing provider based across London who are recruiting for a property surveyor on a fixed term basis for 3-6 months paying between 45,000 - 50,0000

This is a full time position (35 hours per week) to start as soon as possible and will be based out of regional London offices with hybrid working options available.

Successful applicants must hold a valid driving license and have access to their own vehicle. You will be required to provide the necessary documents as part of verification to confirm they are eligible to work in the UK and to complete a full DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

- To help produce reports for both internal and external audits with relevant asset management data
-Manage major works contracts, including planned, cyclical, and scaffolding programmes
-Prepare specifications, tender documents, and contract packages
-Oversee contractors and consultants, ensuring delivery meets contractual requirements
-Carry out regular site inspections and monitor works to ensure quality standards are met
-Manage budgets and monitor spend against project plans
-Maintain clear project records and report progress to internal stakeholders

About You:
- Proven experience delivering planned maintenance, cyclical, and scaffolding projects, ideally within housing
-Strong contract management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects at once
-Knowledge of procurement processes and specification preparation
-Ideally professionally qualified (RICS, CIOB, etc.) or working towards qualification
-Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
