We're working with one of London's most respected residential developers to recruit a Technical Manager for a landmark mixed-use regeneration project. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced technical professional to join a well-established team delivering one of the capital's most ambitious and design-led developments.
The Role
As Technical Manager, you'll take full responsibility for managing the design and technical delivery of complex, high-rise residential buildings from planning through to completion. You'll coordinate consultants, oversee working drawings, manage Building Control approvals, and ensure all technical information is issued accurately and on time.
You'll be working closely with production, commercial, sales and marketing teams, providing expert technical guidance across all design and build stages. You'll also play a key role in managing planning conditions, warranty registrations, legal agreements and ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations and CDM requirements.

We're looking for a detail-driven, organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, design-conscious environment. You'll bring strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach and the confidence to manage both internal teams and external consultants.
Key experience should include:
Proven track record as a Technical Manager within a residential developer or main contractor
Experience working on complex, high-rise or mixed-use schemes
Sound understanding of Building Regulations, CDM, and high-risk building requirements
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit and Microsoft 365
HNC or degree-level qualification in a construction or design-related discipline
This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, problem-solving, and mentoring others within a supportive and dynamic team.
