About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of busy outpatient clinics by preparing treatment rooms, assisting clinicians, and providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include performing phlebotomy, chaperoning patients, completing and checking consent forms, and supporting doctors with injections and treatments where applicable. Welcoming patients and providing clear after-care advice will also be an important part of your role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare consultation and treatment rooms for clinical use

  • Perform phlebotomy procedures with accuracy and care

  • Assist clinicians with injections and treatment preparations (dermatology experience advantageous)

  • Chaperone patients during examinations and procedures

  • Complete and verify patient consent forms

  • Welcome patients and provide after-care guidance

  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours per week)

  • Typical shifts start at 10:00 am or 12:00 pm, lasting 8.5 hours including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven phlebotomy experience certificates of competency

  • Experience in dermatology or preparing injections/treatments is highly desirable

  • Professional, smart appearance with excellent communication skills

  • Intelligent, articulate, and confident in engaging with patients
