As a key member of our administration team, you will be the first face our patients see! Your role will be vital in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who visits our clinics.

  • Warmly greet patients, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Manage reception and waiting areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
  • Assist patients with navigating the clinic and addressing their needs.
  • Handle invoicing and payment collection after appointments.
  • Support the administrative team with general duties, including filing and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role, preferably in a medical environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with practise management software is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanour.
  • Empathy and a caring attitude, as you will be interacting with patients who may be anxious.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
