About the Role:

In this exciting part-time position, you will work closely with a busy owner, providing essential organisational, administrative, and project support. If you thrive in a varied role and love creating structure, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Experience dealing with councils or government bodies is very handy, and you should be comfortable carrying out research tasks, including how to set up an employee pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Email Management: organise appointments, prioritise tasks, and streamline communication to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Administrative Support: Handle document management, online filing, and general organisation to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient.
  • Research Tasks: Conduct research and gather information for tasks such as setting up pensions and health insurance.
  • Council & Government Liaison: Assist with property administration, engage with local councils, and manage Land Registry submissions.
  • Property Admin: Support rental property management and property development projects.
  • General Support: Tackle miscellaneous tasks to help alleviate pressure from the owner and drive progress on various initiatives.

  • Tech-savvy: You're comfortable working remotely and using digital tools like OneDrive.
  • A strong communicator: You can manage tasks effectively and keep everything on track.
