Personal Assistant - Property (Battersea)

Battersea - full time in the office

Salary - 60,000 + Bonus

Our client, a leading property business based in Battersea, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in property to provide high-level support across administration, operations, and property management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a varied and fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, correspondence, calls, emails, travel, and filing systems
  • Provide business and operational support, overseeing office administration and liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Support HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, records, and annual leave coordination
  • Oversee property management for a small portfolio, liaising with tenants and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and monitoring tenancy agreements/rent collection
  • Assist with land and property acquisitions, carrying out research and maintaining accurate records

Key Skills & Experience

  • Essential: Previous experience working within the property sector
  • Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Operations professional
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with IT systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to manage a varied workload
