£25,396.80 rising to £35,295.32 + Company Vehicle, Bonuses and Overtime
Starting Salary as a Trainee is £25,396 Rising to £35,295.32 once fully trained after 18 months.
(You will also receive additional London Weighting Allowance up to £1,500 per annum)
Train to become a fully trained Furniture & Upholstery Service Technician with the UK’s No 1 Furniture Repair & Restoration Service Care Provider. Our skilled Furniture & Upholstery Repair Technicians are experts in repairing a wide range of repairs such as intricate upholstery & leather repairs, wood-based furniture restoration, structural repairs and a wide variety of surface repair and wood finishing as well as providing exceptional Customer Service to all our valued customers.
We are happy to provide all the initial training, all the tools and equipment required to be a success, a fully serviced and insured company work vehicle, the latest in tool technology and repair kits, PPE equipment, laptop and mobile phone.
All we ask for in return is your full commitment, enthusiasm, great customer service and dedication to learn and become the best in the industry. You will be dealing directly with our customers, so we expect the highest level of customer service and personal presentation.

Trainee Upholstery & Furniture Repair Technician experience:
We are looking for individuals with good technical skills, the ability to work with your hands, manage tools, great customer service skills and ideally with some previous experience in the following industries or roles:
- YOU MUST HOLD A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- Upholstery / Upholsterer Apprentice
- Furniture or Furniture Assembly
- Carpentry / Wood Carving
- Customer Service
- Surface Repair / Polishing
- Sewing / Machine Sewing
- Maintenance / Manufacturing
- Engineering / Building
- Electronics
- Painting & Spraying
- Upholstery Cleaning
- Customer Service
Trainee Upholstery & Furniture Repair Technician Main responsibilities:
- To inspect and repair as necessary upholstery furniture items in customer’s homes
- To produce written reports for company and client
- To manage customer expectations and provide product maintenance advice whilst delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service and rapport with your customers
