Partner Success Manager - Digital Media & Ad Tech - up to £60,000 (DOE)

Our client is a leading digital advertising and technology business that works closely with premium publishers and advertisers globally. They create trusted environments for brands to connect with highly engaged audiences and are focused on driving sustainable growth in the digital ecosystem.

The Job

  • Support platform partnership strategy by providing actionable commercial insights and performance analysis
  • Translate reporting and research into client-facing insights to drive partner growth
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions across platform accounts
  • Design and implement a framework to measure partner performance and influence operational priorities
  • Project manage new partner onboarding and integrations, collaborating with product, engineering, and technical teams
  • Coordinate interventions and optimisations to drive revenue growth or mitigate risk
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, RevOps, Technical Account Management, and Marketing to align business objectives
  • Communicate insights, revenue updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

You

  • Experience managing SSP or DSP partner relationships within digital advertising or ad tech
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and ad tech platforms including Prebid, RTB, exchanges, and auction mechanics
  • Highly analytical, data-driven approach with strong experience in dashboarding and KPI measurement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Energetic, proactive, and highly organised, with a track record of building strong, trusted relationships
