Senior Designer - Prestigious Luxury Fashion House / Up to £85K

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our client's close-knit design team. This role is central to the creative process, offering the chance to shape collections from concept to final execution while working in direct collaboration with the Design Director and Creative Director.

You will be a guardian of the brand’s signature handwriting, with a particular focus on leading the design and development of their critical Pre-Collections.

What this Senior Designer will do:

  • Lead the design process for Pre-Collections, from initial research and concept development under the direction of the Design Director, through to final sample sign-off.
  • Work across all Ready-to-Wear aspects of seasonal collections, show seasons, capsules, and special projects.
  • Demonstrate strong 3-dimensional skills through draping, illustration, and working intimately with the pattern team to realise designs.
  • Attend fittings and be responsible for the precise execution of samples through to production.
  • Collaborate with specialist Fabric, Print, Embroidery, and Knitwear teams to build cohesion and innovation across concepts.
  • Partner with the merchandising team to translate overarching collection themes into compelling commercial proposals.

  • You possess an exceptional level of taste and a clear, intuitive understanding of a sophisticated, romantic aesthetic.
  • A strong all-rounder with outstanding technical knowledge and proficiency in draping, pattern, and construction.
  • Highly organised, adept at multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • An expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
