Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning.

Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to keep business performance on track.

Partner with teams across the business to gather critical data and build a full financial picture.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends early, and highlight areas needing attention.

Prepare polished, insightful reports and presentations for executives and board members.

Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects to support strategic initiatives.
Profile

Professionally qualified (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles.

Highly skilled in Excel with strong financial modelling abilities.

Confident working with data integrations from multiple systems and using reporting tools like PowerBI.

Strong analytical thinker with a knack for solving complex problems and simplifying data.

Excellent communicator, able to present financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.

Experience with NetSuite is an advantage; familiarity with HubSpot or JIRA is a bonus.
