They are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join their investment team. The team manages a globally diversified, multi-asset portfolio across both public and private markets, following an endowment-style investment approach. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced investment professional to gain broad exposure across asset classes, geographies, and sectors, while taking on both analytical and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

· Conduct investment research and analysis across various asset classes, including idea generation, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence

· Support portfolio monitoring activities such as trade capture, performance tracking, risk analysis, and portfolio construction reviews

· Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for the family principals, investment committee, and internal stakeholders

· Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements, maintain accurate data management, and support investment decisions with timely analysis

· Assist with operational aspects of the investment process, including fund subscriptions and redemptions, documentation, and compliance-related tasks

· Oversee data integrity and manage reporting tools, liaising with custodians, administrators, and service providers as needed

Key Skills

· Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in investment analysis, asset management, or related roles

· Degree in finance, economics, or a related numerical discipline; professional qualifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.) are highly regarded

· Demonstrated passion for financial markets and investment strategies

· Fluency in English and in Russian

· Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with meticulous attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, while also collaborating as part of a team
