We're pleased to be partnering with an industry leading Private Equity-backed Real Estate business to support with their recruitment of a Senior FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis. This role will play a crucial part in driving corporate performance through financial insight, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the consolidation of group-level financials across entities, delivering accurate and timely management reporting for senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee and Board.
  • Own and enhance the company's long-range strategic cash flow models, ensuring clarity on liquidity, investment capacity, and capital structure decision-making.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts at the corporate level, liaising with business units and functional leads to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Define and monitor key corporate-level KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management to support data-driven decisions and continuous performance improvement.
  • Partner with department heads across HR, Legal, IT, and Finance to manage G&A budgets, track run-rates, and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Support the Head of Corporate FP&A and FP&A Director on high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, capital markets activity, and new platform developments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years post qualification experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, ideally within a private equity-backed environment
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills ; Anaplan experience is a plus
  • Experience in real estate is advantageous
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
